Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your billing period.
What happens after the free trial?
Your 7-day trial gives you full access to all features. After the trial, you'll be charged according to your selected plan unless you cancel beforehand.
How does API billing work?
Medium Business includes 100,000 API calls per month. Enterprise plans have unlimited API access. Overages on Medium plans are billed at £0.10 per 1,000 additional calls.
Can I add more users to my plan?
Yes. Small Business supports up to 5 users, Medium Business up to 20 users. If you need more, you can either upgrade to Enterprise or add additional user seats at £5/user/month.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice with NET30 terms.
Is there a setup fee?
No, there are no setup fees for any of our plans. You only pay the monthly or annual subscription fee.
